Downloadable Forms for Pantries and Soup Kitchens
For your convenience, to the right, you will find the essential forms to manage your pantry operations. The forms included are TEFAP and SFPP Client Acceptance forms as well as inventory forms and many others. Download and make sure you submit your forms no later than the 7th of every month. If the 7th falls on the weekend, your forms should be submitted on the following Monday.

filling out TEFAP Emergency Registration Forms or entering their
name/address on the TEFAP Client Acceptance Form by hand, you
can collect all client information digitally and when it’s time to submit
your monthly reports, your client acceptance reports will fill out
