The homeless prevention services offered by the Rural Development Corporation are available to all members of the Cumberland County community who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness. It is our goal to prevent homelessness by assisting people who may be facing displacement or eviction and/or people with move-in assistance.
Our programs may assist renters with payment of rental arrears, late fees, and court costs. We also assist qualifying applicants with security deposits and/or first-months’ rent when moving into a new rental unit.
Assistance is based on individual program qualifications.
For more information call 856-300-5821.
